MWSnap is a great tool for quickly capturing screenshots of any part of your screen. It's easy to use, with both mouse and hotkey shortcuts for capturing images. You can customize the background color and style, and select to hide or show the cursor. It also launches with the system, so you can quickly capture images as soon as you need them. The ability to save images in multiple formats is a great bonus.
