CityWars

CityWars is a turn-based strategy war game where the objective is to expand your empire and defeat your opponents. This is done by strategic management of your resources and control of your armies. There are four players in the game, one human (you), and three computer-controlled players.

Each turn, you can order your cities to perform tasks - these orders may be to move armies to other cities, or to attack your neighbours.
